Chicago-area psych student, Samara Lipsky

Samara Lipsky
After studying business administration during her bachelor degree at Emory University, Samara Lipsky switched gears for her masters degree and PhD candidacy at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP). With behavioral and health research pursuits, Samara Lipsky has dedicated herself to TCSPP’s international psychology program. She has presented at multiple conference and published many articles on public health issues -- including serving as co-author for three book chapters -- with an international focus on her research interests, such as examination of indoor tanning perspectives among non-U.S. countries and the biopsychosocial model for disease prevention and global health promotion. This Chicago-area student has dedicated herself wholly to psychology as she recently accepted a post-doctoral fellowship award in psychiatry and behavioral medicine at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York and New Jersey.
